How long are the cookies good for?

Cookies last quite a long time.

Day 1 - The cookie is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Day 2 - The cookie becomes soft on the outside too as the softness from the inside takes over the outside.

Day 3 - The cookies will start drying out.

It is possible to preserve the fresh flavor of the cookies by refrigerating or freezing them, however the contrast in crispy and soft texture will be sacrificed. If you do wish to refrigerate or freeze the cookies then wait until they are completely cool, place them into an airtight container and put them into the fridge or freezer.

Should I heat the cookies when I receive them?

Baked cookies can last for three days at room temperature if they are kept in a sealed container. If you do wish to heat them though we recommend heating them for 7 to 10 seconds in a microwave or 3 minutes in an oven, which has been pre-heated to 350f (175c).

How big are your cookies?

Our cookies have a diameter between 3" to 4", with the majority being 3.5". We feel this gives a good feeling of satisfaction without being overwhelming.
